Information is available on a variety of topics regarding Alzheimer's disease and related disorders, including lists of local resources such as adult day care centers, elder-law attorneys, diagnostic centers, long-term care facilities and home health agencies. Families can speak with a care consultant to help coordinate their plan of care.
